Άννα Ζαρκάδα
Η Άννα Κ. Ζαρκάδα είναι Αναπληρώτρια Καθηγήτρια Ολοκληρωμένης Επικοινωνίας Μάρκετινγκ με ειδίκευση στις Υπηρεσίες. Έχει πτυχίο BSc (1st Class Honors) στην Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων από το ΟΠΑ, MSc στο Διεθνές Μάρκετινγκ από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Μάντσεστερ, HB, και διδακτορικό δίπλωμα στην Επιστήμη των Υπηρεσιών από το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο του Queensland (QUT), Αυστραλία.
Έχει διδάξει σε προπτυχιακά και μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα στα κορυφαία πανεπιστήμια της Ελλάδας (Οικονομικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο, Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής, Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο) του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (Manchester, Teesside, Salford, Cumbria, York St John, Open University), της Αυστραλίας (Queensland University of Technology, Griffith University), της Ινδίας (Amity University), της Ρωσίας (Higher School of Economics), και της Ιαπωνίας (The Foreign Service Training Institute), τόσο με παραδοσιακή όσο και με εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευση.
Η έρευνά της έχει παρουσιαστεί σε πάνω από 100 δημοσιεύσεις σε ακαδημαϊκά περιοδικά και διεθνή επιστημονικά συνέδρια. Οι εργασίες της έχουν τύχει διακεκριμένων διεθνών αναγνωρίσεων όπως τα βραβεία εξαιρετικού συγγραφέα και καλύτερου άρθρου από το Emerald Literati Network και βραβεία καλύτερης παρουσίασης συνεδρίου.
Είναι ενεργή σύμβουλος και εκπαιδευτής σε προγράμματα ενδοεπιχειρησιακής κατάρτισης στελεχών Ελληνικών και πολυεθνικών εταιριών, κυβερνητικών φορέων και μη κερδοσκοπικών οργανισμών σε θέματα εταιρικής κουλτούρας, μάρκετινγκ και επικοινωνίας, και αειφόρου ανάπτυξης. Ασχολείται επίσης με την προαγωγή της Μουσικής και Καλλιτεχνικής Παιδείας.
