Dear Students,
With enthusiasm and excitement, we are announcing the upcoming sports, educational, and recreational trip, the first for 2026, to a unique, beautiful, and historic destination.
The Sports Office is preparing for a trip to Jordan, with a rich program that includes the following:
Dates:
5 – 9 April 2026
Flights:
- LCA – AMM RJ 140 | 00:01 – 01:20
(This flight may change to a more convenient time) - AMM – LCA RJ 139 | 21:55 – 23:10
Accommodation (Double or Triple Room): €450 (The price refers to the total amount paid by each student)
The Sports Office additionally subsidizes €250.

Participation will be on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
The amount will be paid in 3 installments of €150:
- The first installment is due immediately and covers the airfare
- The remaining amount will be divided into two additional installments
We kindly ask for serious expressions of interest only.
Interested participants must be able to pay the first installment immediately.
Final deadline for participation: Thursday , 5/2/2026
Prices are per person and include:
- Round-trip airfare Larnaca – Amman – Larnaca with Royal Jordanian Airlines
- Airport taxes and fuel surcharges
- Two nights’ accommodation in Amman at Amman Gerasa Hotel 4★ or similar
- One night at Wadi Rum Magic Luxury Campsite or similar
- One night at Aqaba Oryx Hotel 4★ or similar
- Meet-and-greet by our representative at Amman Airport and transfer to the hotel in Amman, dinner, and overnight stay
- After breakfast, transfer and visit to Petra, followed by transfer to Wadi Rum, dinner, and overnight stay
- After breakfast, a 2-hour jeep tour in the desert, then continuation to Aqaba for a city visit and transfer to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay
(Optional activities such as glass-bottom boat, diving, snorkeling, etc., as Aqaba is a coastal city. These activities have an additional cost of approximately €40 per person. A decision will be made later with participants.) - Breakfast and transfer to the Dead Sea, with time for swimming and enjoying floating in the water. Then return to Amman, dinner, and overnight stay
- Breakfast and panoramic city tour of Amman, including the city center markets and the Roman Theatre, followed by transfer to the airport for the return flight
- Group visa for Amman
- Professional tour guide
- Entrance tickets to all the above sites
- Breakfasts and dinners at the hotels as mentioned above
- All transfers by luxury coaches
- Entrance to the Dead Sea with lunch
- One 20-kg checked suitcase, one 10-kg carry-on bag, and one personal item
