Rent payment instalments

Rent is prepaid in four instalments, as follows:

• First installment

Amount €200 as deposit and two months rent (for September and October).

Students who are selected on socio-economic criteria pay the rent before entering the room.

Other students (Greek, foreign Doctoral, Erasmus and others) pay within 5 days from the day they are informed in writing that they are offered a room. If they don’t pay on time, they lose their priority order.

• Second instalment

Two months rent (for November and December), paid until October, 31st

For Erasmus students with a 4 months contract, this is their last payment.

• Third instalment

Three months rent (for January, February and March), paid until December, 31st

• Fourth instalment

Three months rent (for April, May and June), paid until March, 31st
