Φιλοσοφία μαθήματος 

This module, as all language modules, is aligned with the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR). It aims to further extend the basic language skills in English focusing on communication in culinary professions By the end of the semester, students are expected to extend their knowledge and skills so that they will have covered the A2 Level. 

Στόχοι 

This is the second course in a sequential series, and it provides students with basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, with emphasis on practical vocabulary and professional situations. 

Eπιδιωκόμενα Μαθησιακά Αποτελέσματα 

By the end of the semester, students are expected to be capable of functioning at the A2 Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Upon successful completion of the module, students will be able to use the English language to: 

talk about the weather 

write a postcard and email 

talk about future plans 

talk about experiences 

ask for and give information 

make booking 

receive guests and make arrangement
