*For an additional month the rent is €450 in Studio, is €500 in One bedroom, is €350/person in two bedrooms and €300/person in a three bedroom apartment.
4. Notes
- Rental prices include electricity and water consumption, common area cleaning and the internet connection. In case of an excessive electricity consumption the resident pays the difference. As excessive electricity consumption is defined if it is over 120kwh per month.
- Parking spaces that exist in some buildings are available with an extra €200 annual fee.
- The guarantee deposit for each student/tenant is set at €200, which is refunded at the end of the contract, provided that there are no damages to the apartment/room or any outstanding consumption with the electricity bill.
- Rental contracts, except for Erasmus students, are for 10 months (September-June). It can be extended under the same conditions for the summer period (July-August) upon availability.
- The rental contract for Erasmus students is at least 4 months. Can be extended under the same conditions until 12 months, including the summer period (depending on availability)
