Φιλοσοφία μαθήματος 

This module, as all language modules, is aligned with the Common European Framework of References (CEFR) for Languages. The course intends to further extend the basic language skills focusing on communication in the hospitality and tourism industry. By the end of the semester, students are expected to have covered most part of the B1 Level. 

Στόχοι 

The module is the fifth course in a sequential series and provides students with basic language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing for effective communication in professional situations. 

Eπιδιωκόμενα Μαθησιακά Αποτελέσματα 

By the end of the semester, students are expected to be close at functioning close to B1 + Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Language. Upon successful completion of the module, students will be able to use the English language to: - write a paragraph - write a short diary entry - write an essay offering solutions to a problem - analyse the results of a survey - write a for-and-against article - recommend dishes - describe desserts  - deal with complaints Μεθοδολογία Διδασκαλίας
