Ariana Polyviou is a Lecturer at the Department of Management, Entrepreneurship and Digital Business. She holds a PhD in Management of Information Systems (Athens University of Economic and Business), MSc in Human-Computer Interaction (University College London) and BEng in Computer Science (University of York). Previously she has served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Nicosia, Adjunct Professor at IE Business School and visiting researcher at the LSE. Her research has been recognized with the JAIS Best Paper Honorable Mention Award 2024 and she has received the AIS Mid-Career Award 2024 by the Association of Information Systems as well as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship.
