A Covid infection, particularly in women, may lead to blood vessels aging around five years, according to research published in the European Heart Journal [1], with the participation of researchers from the School of Health Sciences at the Cyprus University of Technology (Lead Associate Professor Andrie Panayiotou and Dr. Galatia Photiou).

The 2025 Summer School of the Confucius Institute at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) concluded with a heartfelt closing ceremony on July 25. The program hosted 90 students from Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) for three weeks of academic and cultural exchange.

The Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) proudly announces the official launch of the MNEMOSYNE Research Center on Digital Cultural Heritage, the first research center of its kind in the region, during a high-level event held on July 7th at the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation in Nicosia.

The 4th cycle (2024) of the Industry Exchange Network (IXN) program was successfully completed within the scope of a signed agreement between the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) and the University College London (UCL) UK in 2021 (https://www.cut.ac.cy/news/article/?contentId=443150). The IXN programme promotes the sustained participation of students in the development of authentic projects assigned by various industry organizations, following the guidelines and specifications of the programme.

The Confucius Institute at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) joyfully organized its first Chinese New Year celebration, marking an important milestone in its mission to promote cultural exchange and strengthen ties between China and Cyprus.
