Professor Petrou is a strategic management scholar at the Department of Management, Entrepreneurship and Digital Business. He holds an MSc in engineering, an MSc in statistics, an MBA and a PhD from University of Warwick.

He worked in both industry and academia. His research interests relate to corporate governance, non-market strategies, M&As and political ideology in organizations.
